**Duties and Role**:
Under the direction of the CSU Commander, the incumbent will perform duties such as the following:
- Acts as the principal financial advisor for the CSU Commander and principal point of contact (PoC) for DCSUs Service and Portfolio Management Office (SPMO);
- Acts as Fund Manager for assigned allocations and exercising strict financial control during the execution stage of these allocations, ensuring compliance with guidance provided by the DCSUs SPMO, NCI Agency Financial Controller and NATO and Agency regulations;
- Assists in developing, screening, and updating financial plans for CSU Stavanger and its subordinate organisations;
- Supports financial analysis of customer requirements, coordinating the cost estimation and financial planning associated with negotiation of Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Agency Price Proposals;
