Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure all activities comply with strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational workflows.Prepare detailed technical reports and maintain accurate documentation.Analyze equipment performance, downtime, and failure modes to optimize maintenance.Lead or participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).Track and report KPIs such as MTBF and MTTR to management.
