Location: The Springfields Academy (North Site), Curzon Street, Caine, SN11 ODS

Salary Range: Grade G, Pt 12 - 14, £29,064 - £31,022

Contract Type: Permanent, Full time, all year round.

Contract Hours: up to 37 hours per week; Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

• Maintain a Safe and Stimulating Environment: Regularly inspecting the school grounds and buildings, identifying and addressing maintenance needs promptly to ensure a secure and inspiring space for our pupils. This includes minor repairs and ensuring equipment is in excellent working order.
• Enable Learning and Well-being: Support the team in adapting spaces to meet the sensory and communication needs of our pupils, contributing to an environment that reduces anxiety and promotes engagement.
