MECCA Brands is seeking a passionate 2IC to help lead its Cosmetica Takapuna store in Auckland, NZ on a full-time basis. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences while leading and motivating your team to meet KPIs and uphold company values.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience managing a retail environment and demonstrate a genuine passion for customer service, along with coaching and mentoring skills to develop team members effectively.
