Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the department head to supervise daily reservation planning for short, medium, and long-term stays, including occupancy reports and statistics.
- Review group rooming lists, allocate rooms, and process changes.
- Personally register and assign rooms to guests when necessary.
- Handle guest complaints and report them to the relevant departments.
- Propose improvements to the department head.
- Work with the front desk and management on room tariff policy.
Requirements
- Degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field; or a Higher Education Diploma in Hospitality.
