Job Description

To work closely with the Academic team, Programme Managers (PMs) and other stakeholders on matters related but not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate and consolidate internship job descriptions to facilitate internship placement and update company masterlist via Monday.com
  • Prepare and collate signed agreements from internship companies from some locations
  • Be the point of contact for all database management with academic team, e.g. collating company information, students' internship dates, stipend, student information, financial matters, visa information etc.
  • Collect and verify students' submission on scholarship matters
  • Drive and coordinate procurement and contract matters for instructors, assessors, mentors, etc.
  • Prepare training grant and invoices to bill internship companies
  • Monitor timely disbursement to students for funding support, and payment from companies as well as payments to instructors, etc.
