Working Hours: UK Hours Full 360 recruitment experience Bulk recruitment capability (high-volume, fast turnaround, multiple roles at once) Hands‑on experience using both a CRM and an ATS (daily user, not exposed to) Comfortable in a metric‑driven environment: Minimum 10 interviews per day Minimum 3 submissions per day Strong written/spoken English (client‑ready for UK/US/AU/EU) What you will do.
