Key Responsibilities

• 3PL Vendor Management & Operations
  • Execute client's order by working by contracted 3PL based on agreed SLAs
  • Act as the primary lead for all external logistics partners, including warehouse providers and refrigerated transport carriers.
  • Monitor and manage 3PL performance through rigorous KPIs (OTIF, temperature compliance, inventory accuracy).
  • Conduct regular operational reviews and on-site inspections of provider facilities to ensure operational excellence and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Cold-Chain Integrity & Quality Oversight
  • Oversee the end-to-end cold-chain process for vaccines (2°C to 8°C, -20°C, and Ultra Low Temperature), ensuring providers utilize validated thermal packaging and calibrated monitoring equipment.
  • Manage the validation and qualification of 3PL cold rooms and refrigerated fleets across Chile.
