About The Role

This role focuses on maintaining and ensuring the efficient operation of roll-form machines. It aims to reduce production downtime by proactively addressing machinery and tooling needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, adjust, repair, maintain, and rebuild roll form machinery, tooling, and ancillary equipment.


• Perform routine and preventive maintenance for safe and efficient production.


• Read blueprints and set rolls to CAD data accurately.


• Layout and grind rolls to specified tolerances.


• Assist with design changes for machines and equipment.


• Perform other related duties as assigned to support the plant.
