To accomplish this, the machine specialist will need to interpret drawing, sketches, manuals and specifications to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, set-up requirements. Critical aspect of the job involves detecting faults and making adjustments on machines to ensure that they operate smoothly; and being able to select, align and secure by holding fixtures, accessories and materials.
