Job Description
Responsibilities - Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Coordinate with internal teams on scheduling, documentation, and follow-ups
- Handle data entry, maintain records, and ensure accuracy of information
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic data analysis
- Manage correspondence, filing, and document control
- Support procurement and inventory tracking activities
- Assist in organizing meetings, including scheduling and minute-taking
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements - Diploma in any related field
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience, candidates with internship experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided
