Responsibilities - Conduct reviews of client account information and supporting documentation
- Assist with onboarding process for new clients, liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and complete paperwork
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to client inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Assist with ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements - Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking & Finance sector
- Proficient in MS Office
