Job scope - Improve company’s market position and achieve financial growth
- Meet and exceed objectives through the development of new businesses, coordination of Business Development shipments and existing business penetration
- Identify target customers, initiate own sales calls, pursue them and ultimately convert them into clients
- Working with Finance and Indoor Sales team on payment issues and follow up on payment with clients
- Build and maintain a pipeline of business
- General profit in line with set KPIs
- Prepare sales planning, and forecasting activities
- Sourcing of rates from carriers, hauliers, offices and worldwide agents
- Interact and maintain relationship with subcontractors like carriers, coleaders and trucking companies etc ...
