As an Application Package Specialist, you’ll help clients in the selection, implementation, and production support of application‑packaged solutions. Your Role and Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and assess the best solutions on Employee Central (Compensation) and/or Benefits modules
- Configure, test, deploy and provide post‑implementation support to projects
- Troubleshoot, investigate and fix system incidents and configuration defects
- Manage foundation objects, fields, business rules and workflows related to Job and Compensation Info portlets
