Job Description
Responsibilities - Prepare, plan, coordinate, and monitor daily project and site work.
- Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are properly filed, including documenting the projects with photos.
- Supervise and lead a team of workers and subcontractors to perform on‑site work.
- Perform site surveys, produce site drawings, and schedule works.
- Participate in site meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, and propose improvements if necessary.
- Liaise with clients’ representatives regarding all site matters.
- Budget by monitoring and controlling expenses and implementing cost‑saving measures.
- Observe proper construction safety measures and ensure safety compliance at site.
