Responsibilities

• Lead the research, design, review, and upgrading of the full Montessori curriculum framework for 18 months–6 years, ensuring alignment with ECDA requirements, NEL framework, and authentic Montessori philosophy.
• Plan and implement systematic teacher training, induction, mentoring, and professional development programs for all Montessori guides and leaders.
• Oversee teaching quality, classroom observation, lesson evaluation, and pedagogical standards across all centers.
• Conduct educational research, benchmark best practices locally and internationally, and introduce evidencebased teaching innovations.
• Develop training materials, handbooks, assessment tools, and Montessori practicum standards for internal and external training.
• Collaborate with principals and academic teams to ensure consistent curriculum delivery and highquality learning environments.
