The Accessibility PMO seeks a strategic and technically fluent Accessibility Engineer to lead the organization’s Shift

Left Accessibility initiative. This role pioneers the integration of accessibility practices into SDLC, infusing automated

scanning and inclusive standards across web and mobile development cycles. You’ll drive policy, tooling, process

redesign, and vendor collaboration to accelerate enterprise accessibility maturity delivering impact from ideation

to release.

· Audit Bell’s digital products to ensure accessibility compliance and conformance with WCAG 2.1 (and latest

version), AODA, Section 508, and AMA standards.

· Execute accessibility test plans and scenarios, including testing with various assistive technologies like screen

readers (JAWS, NVDA, Voiceover, Talkback), screen magnifiers, and speech recognition software.
