DESCRIPTION:
Reporting to the Manager of Student Records, this role will:
· Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accommodated Testing Centre, ensuring the effective delivery of assessment services in accordance with student accommodations, institutional policies, and legislative requirements.
· Maintain a high standard of accessible testing services while optimizing resources, managing staff, and fostering collaboration across key university partners.
· Manager high-volume assessment operations, including accommodated term tests, mid-terms, and final exam sittings, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and adherence to timelines.
