Job Description

Working hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) Job Responsibilities Prepare and submit quarterly GST return
Handle CPF Submission
Providing comprehensive accounts, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bookkeeping and etc
Handle data entry, filing, and document management
Assist with salary payment, staff claims, and reimbursements
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
Handle new staff on-boarding and off-boarding matters.
Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellation via WPOL and HR documentation
Arrange workers' check in and check out of dormitory
Assist with booking worker training course
Support management with ad-hoc duties
