GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Account Associate - Inside Sales is an entry-level sales role with a defined career progression path into Account Executive or Account Manager opportunities. This position is responsible for inside sales activity, including showroom support, walk-in client engagement, phone inquiries, and consultative selling support for mid-market and growth opportunities. Through daily partnership with Sales, Design, Project Management, and Sales Administration teams, the role develops foundational selling skills, CRM discipline, product knowledge, and cross-functional workflow capabilities while supporting showroom presentations, resource tools, small-scale design planning, and pipeline activity tracking to build the competencies required for long-term success within McCoy Rockford's furniture sales organization.
