What will you be doing?
You’ll be responsible for overseeing a group of small to medium sized clients within the FMCG industry. Acting as their first point of contact, you will manage day to day client engagement by building and maintaining effective relationships.
Responsibilities
- Acting as the go to contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing a wide variety of their day to day queries
- Partnering with the team to shape and execute client account plans that drive real commercial impact for Circana
- Owning client contract renewals while spotting opportunities to upsell, expand partnerships and introduce new Circana solutions
- Acting as a change agent during the migration from legacy systems to new technology by supporting change activities, coordinating with stakeholders and contributing to a smooth and effective transition
