Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Establish a proven and sustainable pipeline for ByteDance's innovation technology solution suite and expand BytePlus business across MENA.
  • Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base (driving new logo adoption) in countries across MENA, able to sell consultatively.
  • Identify, prospect, and convert growth‑stage customers across GenAI workflows, agentic AI applications, and API‑based creative tools.
  • Build predictable pipelines through outbound prospecting, developer relationships, app ecosystem communities, and aggregator partnerships.
  • Convert aggregator‑driven accounts (marketplaces) into direct enterprise accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Completed bachelor's degree.
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
