Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL), while ensuring timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and related reports.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and regulatory authorities.
• Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow monitoring, and intercompany transactions.
• Maintain SST records and ensure compliance with Malaysian tax regulations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Candidates with experience in the F&B and/or retail industry will have an added advantage.
