About the role My client is looking for a detail-driven Accounts Executive to manage full-spectrum accounting functions including AR, AP, GL, monthly closings, GST, and year-end audits. You will also liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and shipping agents, bridging finance with operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities - Accurately record and maintain all accounting transactions
- Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL) functions
- Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders on import matters, including shipment discrepancies, survey coordination, and cost validation
- Support the preparation and timely closing of monthly management accounts
