Job Description

Office location: Alexandra Rd Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm
Key Responsibilities: Perform hands-on accounting entries including AP, AR, and GL transactions Prepare and review journal entries Prepare bank reconciliations, AP and AR schedules, and perform reasonableness checks Review Accounts Assistants' data entries to ensure accuracy and completeness Assist in month-end closing Prepare and review job cost reports and expense allocations Support GST reporting by preparing schedules and reviewing GST data (Form 5) Maintain proper accounting documentation and audit schedules Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Accounts Manager or Management Requirements . Good understanding of full set of accounts. Proficient in accounting systems . Strong attention to detail with ability to review and detect errors. Able to handle high-volume transactions independently. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines
