Report to the Senior Manager of Named Accounts who is overseeing the strategy of the portfolio, this role is responsible for regular customer engagement and coordination on the account level. You will develop and manage effective working relationships with Department Chairs, educators and administrators within the assigned accounts. These relationships will serve to build trusted partner status in education networks and communities and help make our solutions visible to decision makers.
