This role is primarily focused on generating revenue rather than relationship management, with a strong emphasis on expanding revenue from existing accounts by cross-selling new business lines, upselling based on volume and adoption, handling contract renegotiations during renewals, and closing deals sourced from referrals. The position requires close cooperation with customer success managers, product teams, and account executives to maximize growth opportunities and influence the product roadmap.
