In this role you will act as an account manager for a book of existing and recently lapsed FX partners. Supporting both Currencies Direct & Exchange4Free, you will aim to retain and improve productivity of existing partners, while working to regenerate inactive partner accounts.
What You’ll Do
- You will liaise with a wide variety of existing or lapsed partners across a number of specific vertical markets
- Initially working to reestablish relations with lapsed partners within our network, while working closely with the existing Sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- Calling and setting up meetings for the sales team
- Handle inbound sales queries and gather referral information from partners whilst providing accurate product and service details
