Job Description - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Commercial and Large Enterprise accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and high service standards.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of telecommunications and ICT solutions, including connectivity, mobility, workspace collaboration, and related enterprise services.
- Proactively manage and grow assigned accounts through regular client engagement, needs analysis, and value‑based selling.
- Drive service renewals, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to maximise account revenue and wallet share.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Service Line teams, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Provisioning) to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and maintain high customer satisfaction, measured through NPS and other service KPIs.
