Why we need this role

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of enterprise customer(s), while also identifying new growth opportunities within your assigned territory with manager’s support.

This position is a backfill role and therefore requires someone who can take ownership of existing accounts, maintain trusted customer relationships, and ensure business continuity, while gradually expanding and developing the territory.

It requires a high level of independence, ownership, and initiative, as sales professionalsat Colt are expected to proactively drive opportunities forward in a lean, fast-moving environment.
