Job Description
Utilizing strong customer services skill this role is accountable to our clients to analyze, underwrite and recommend approval loan/ line of credit applications within our services standards, with solid justification. The account manager is also responsible for communicating loan decisions and requirements to advisors while maintaining high customer service skills. The role also involves responding to inquiries submitted by clients, financial advisors and staff by either phone or email.
The Specialized Retail Lending department is currently looking for a dynamic individual to joint their team as Account Manager
**Position Responsibilities** :
+ Analyze and interpret financial statements (personal and corporate) and other documents related to the underwriting of loan applications
+ Review and approve within DLA, loan transactions up to $1,000,000
