Your mission

As Account Manager (Steel Trader) for the Eastern Europe, you will own Vanilla Steel's entire commercial footprint in Poland - P&L, client relationships, and new business development. You will be the dedicated point of contact for Polish-speaking buyers and suppliers, taking a market with existing foundations and scaling it into a fully self-sustaining regional business.

This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role. There is no playbook. You define your own priorities, build your own pipeline, and are measured directly on what you produce - not on activity. Your results show up in P&L.
