The Fastener Group, a well‑established wholesaler of tools and fasteners across Western Canada is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our growing sales team at BC Fasteners & Tools Ltd. Kelowna location. Reporting to the Regional Sales Director, this role is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding business opportunities, and driving sales growth throughout Kelowna and the surrounding area. This position requires frequent travel within the territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of our product lines to provide effective solutions.
• Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.
• Deliver knowledgeable product support tailored to customer needs.
• Prepare and present quotes, process orders, and maintain accurate records in company systems.
