Job Title:              Account Representative

Job Duration:      12+ Months

Pay range:           $20-$25 USD per hour

Work Type:         Onsite (East Syracuse, NY 13057)

 

Overview/Responsibilities:

 

  • Perform duties related to overall customer service including support as related to sales team and order manager team.

  • Key responsibilities include running daily reports to support strategic account management, equipment ordering, other coordination to ensure smooth order lifecycle.

  • Prepare warranty registration and morning reports.
