Responsibilities

+ Manage GP allocations, carried interest, and deal-by-deal waterfalls

+ Track distributions, clawbacks, and capital activity

+ Support investor/partner reporting and tax coordination (K-1s)

+ Oversee management company accounting, including close, budgeting, and forecasting
