Description

:We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant / Bookkeeper to support our financial operations. In this role, you will report directly to the Finance Director, work closely with external Treuhand partners, and support the organization with day-to-day accounting as well as monthly and annual financial closures. Depending on business needs, you may also be assigned special finance-related projects. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting skills with accuracy, flexibility, and excellent language skills in German and English.

Your responsibilities:

Support monthly and annual financial close processes

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoice processing and verification

Manage Travel & Expense (T&E) bookings and expense reports

Prepare and execute payment runs and ensure timely payment clearance
