Description
Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization in the Cedar Rapids area to find a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions while maintaining accurate financial records in QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities

+ Process and manage full-cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

+ Perform credit card and bank reconciliations on a regular basis

+ Maintain and update financial records within QuickBooks

+ Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations

+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

+ Support reporting needs and ensure data accuracy across the general ledger

+ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations
