We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant cum Logistics Assistant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting Duties

• Manage and monitor the company’s accounting activities.
• Prepare and analyze the company’s Profit and Loss (P&L) reports.
• Record and verify financial transactions.
• Monitor company expenses, revenues, and overall financial performance.
• Prepare reports and support management with financial analysis.

Logistics Duties

• Review and verify shipping and trade documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Check documents such as Bill of Lading (BL), Phytosanitary Certificates, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, and other import/export and shipping-related documents.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customers.
