• Manage and maintain the full set of accounts independently, covering accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), fixed assets, and general ledger (GL)
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closing of accounts
• Prepare monthly audit schedules including bank reconciliation, supplier reconciliation, accruals, and prepayments
• Maintain and update the fixed assets register
• Review and process employee expense claims

• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement)
• Perform quarterly GST preparation and submission
• Liaise with tax agents for corporate tax filing
• Assist with external and internal audit processes, including preparation of supporting schedules
