Responsibilities

• Maintain and reconcile trial balance accounts monthly
• Process weekly banking documentation within strict deadlines
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for local and foreign accounts
• Monitor cash balances and manage local and foreign liquidity
• Transfer excess funds and support treasury-related activities
• Coordinate foreign currency transactions prior to payments
• Process petty cash transactions where applicable
• Verify supplier payments are correctly matched to invoices on a weekly basis
• Review monthly supplier reconciliations within prescribed deadlines
• Validate GRV account matching for the prior month
• Investigate and resolve supplier queries and reconciling items promptly
• Maintain accurate customer and supplier master data, including FICA compliance
• Submit new supplier/customer details for approval prior to system activation
