Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, including month end/year-end closing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and payroll records and unaudited report for multi-entity accounts

Identify and mitigate corporate finance risks, including those related to loans, capital injections, shareholding structures, transfer pricing, and related-party transactions

Coordinate with vendors (e.g., IT CMS providers) to define reporting requirements in line with accounting standards and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions

Work with operations and establish financial and internal controls and governance frameworks (e.g., budget process, approval process, staff claims and petty cash)

Ensure filing GST returns on time, keeping proper records and displaying prices inclusive of GST
