Job Description / Responsibilities Handle full sets of accounts, including daily operational
Accounts Payable (AP)
and
Accounts Receivable (AR)
activities such as invoicing, payments, receipts, staff claims, and related transactions Perform
month-end and year-end closing
of accounts for management reporting and statutory compliance Prepare
monthly reconciliations
, Balance Sheet schedules, and financial reports Prepare and submit
quarterly GST returns Prepare audit schedules and liaise with
external auditors and tax agents Ensure timely and accurate recording of accounting entries into the accounting system Maintain proper documentation and an organised filing system Perform other
ad-hoc duties
as assigned Job Requirements Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification CPA / ACCA qualification
