This role is responsible for the financial management, control, and reporting of capital and project-related expenditure. The successful candidate will support Project Managers by ensuring accurate budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and compliance with applicable accounting standards. The role further ensures the effective utilisation of SAP project systems and adherence to governance and internal control requirements across the project lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Relevant NQF Level 7 qualification in Financial or Management Accounting. Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in an accounting environment. Experience in project or capital expenditure accounting is essential. Exposure to mining, refining or other capital-intensive industries will be advantageous.
