Compensation: $100,000- $130,000+ Total Compensation (Base + Performance Bonus)

A growing professional services group operating multiple service-based businesses under common ownership is seeking a Manager of Accounting to lead and strengthen the accounting function.

This is a working manager role — someone who both leads the function and actively performs key accounting responsibilities. The right candidate will close the books by the 15th of each month, prepare and review journal entries, and build scalable financial systems while supporting and developing their team through servant leadership.
