Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for both company and group entities, including group consolidation. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities on audit, tax, and compliance matters. Support finance-related corporate matters, including banking, treasury, and corporate secretarial activities. Supervise, mentor, and develop finance team members, including reviewing work,managing performance, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Conduct credit assessments and reviews of tenants to evaluate financial risk exposure. Liaise with IRAS on property tax, stamp duty, and related tax matters.
