  • Manage reception duties including switchboard and visitor coordination
  • Oversee office administration, supplier relationships, and facilities management
  • Maintain and manage the full accounts payable function including reconciliations
  • Prepare payment runs and liaise with suppliers on queries and discrepancies
  • Assist with general accounting tasks including asset register, VAT checks, and year-end preparation
  • Perform stock costing and invoice processing functions
  • Support project administration and reconciliation of work‑in‑progress accounts
  • Conduct daily bank reconciliations and treasury‑related tasks

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in accounts payable and general accounting functions
