- Manage reception duties including switchboard and visitor coordination
- Oversee office administration, supplier relationships, and facilities management
- Maintain and manage the full accounts payable function including reconciliations
- Prepare payment runs and liaise with suppliers on queries and discrepancies
- Assist with general accounting tasks including asset register, VAT checks, and year-end preparation
- Perform stock costing and invoice processing functions
- Support project administration and reconciliation of work‑in‑progress accounts
- Conduct daily bank reconciliations and treasury‑related tasks
Skills & Experience
- Experience in accounts payable and general accounting functions
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Experience within a manufacturing or technical environment advantageous
