Key Responsibilities

• Record and post daily financial transactions, including journal entries, invoices, and receipts
• Maintain accurate accounting records and assist with month-end and year-end closing, reconciliations, and adjusting entries
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice verification, payments, billing, and collections
• Prepare bank, cash, and account reconciliations and assist in financial reports for management
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and audit requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and support internal and external audits
• Coordinate with other departments on billing, expenses, and financial inquiries
• Perform other accounting and finance tasks as assigned
