Martin Automotive Group is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our team at Dayton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The Accounting Clerk provides assistance to Controller with sales and expense analyses for all departments. Fairly represents the financial condition of the facility, develops controls necessary for the proper conduct of the business, maintains accurate records and establishes and maintains the date processing capabilities to accomplish the facilities’ objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Process and finalize all vehicle billing transactions accurately and in a timely manner


• Review and verify deal paperwork for completeness and compliance


• Submit contracts to lenders and ensure proper funding procedures are followed


• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and cancellations


• Handle warranty cancellations, gap cancellations and service contract refunds
