Primary Purpose of Position

To provide accounting services and support to the finance team, other departments and the customer/supply base.

Major Responsibilities of Position

• Accounting Functions: Maintain Accounts Payable System in Canada and other locations as required. Facilitate and provide analysis on the creation of new Capital/Tooling Projects. Assist in Accounts Receivable processing
• Customer Service: Maintain Accounts Payable System in Canada and other locations as required. Facilitate and provide analysis on the creation of new Capital/Tooling Projects. Assist in Accounts Receivable processing.
• Reporting: Prepare monthly journal entries and supporting schedules. Maintain records on accounts payable and accounts receivable systems. Provide reports and support for Audits, Budgeting, Legal and other issues. Perform monthly Variance Analysis, review Program milestones and perform Bank Reconciliations.
