Job Description
Job Responsibilities - Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly/yearly financial reports, cash flow and management accounts
- Handle costing and manufacturing accounting functions
- Monitor inventory, production costing and stock reconciliation
- Handle GST submission and liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, banks, government authorities and submitting surveys
- Process payroll, CPF contributions, IR8A submission and include work permits applications and renewals
- Maintain and update accounting, payroll and ERP system
- Manage HR matters including staff records, leave and onboarding
- Oversee office administration and general documentation
- Provide basic IT coordination and software support for office operations
